Talent-CGT completed its first project phase at the end of 2025 with strong results across education, training, innovation and collaboration.
During Phase 1, 353 students were trained, alongside 68 academic staff and 50 non-academic staff. The project also supported four startups, established two new partnerships, and developed or improved three support structures and mechanisms.
Just as importantly, Talent-CGT began connecting educators who had previously been developing CGT teaching largely within their own institutions. This growing network created opportunities to exchange teaching approaches, identify shared challenges and develop resources that can be reused across institutions.
Phase 2 builds on these foundations, with a stronger focus on implementation, educator training, curriculum integration and longer-term institutionalization of CGT education.
