Our consortium recently gathered in Leiden to align our goals for the second phase of the Talent-CGT project. This annual meeting focused on several key high-level pillars:
- Expanding Education: We are working to embed specialized Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) modules directly into university curricula and establishing new mentorship programs.
- Supporting Innovation: A major focus of our upcoming year is the support of startups and the establishment of new industry partnerships to bridge the gap between research and the market.
- Digital Transformation: We are launching new digital tools and e-learning platforms, including pilot programs for teacher support and micro-credential courses.
This meeting ensures that Talent-CGT remains a stable infrastructure for CGT training across Europe through 2027 and beyond.
