In 2025, Talent-CGT successfully launched its “Teach-the-Teacher” initiative, a cornerstone of our mission to build a sustainable infrastructure for Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) education across Europe.
What we achieved:
- Empowering Educators: We trained academic and non-academic staff members, providing them with the tools to implement specialized CGT modules within their own institutions.
- Institutional Growth: By focusing on “teaching the trainers,” we ensured that CGT knowledge isn’t just a one-time event but becomes a permanent part of the university curriculum.
- Collaborative Learning: Participants from across our consortium shared best practices in viral vectors, CRISPR technology, and the bridge between lab research and industry application.
This workshop proved that by supporting our teachers today, we are securing the high-tech workforce of tomorrow.
